Create company profile – Set up your company profile with business type, addresses, payment methods, billing contacts and expected delivery volumes.
Free registration and posting – Signing up and posting jobs on YOVOY is free, with a 10% fee on job price charged only after job award (minimum £10).
Driver onboarding and compliance – All drivers are formally onboarded with key documents like insurance, driving licence and vehicle details verified regularly.
View driver ratings – See a driver’s average rating along with the number of ratings they have received.
Leave driver ratings – After a successful job, rate drivers and leave private feedback through the job details.
Job posting – Post delivery jobs by entering essential details such as weight, dimensions, package count and collection/drop-off locations.

Proof of delivery (POD) – Upon delivery completion, the driver must enter a secure PIN for added protection. Then, a POD image with geo-location, date and time is captured and sent to you as confirmation or can be viewed in the sender portal.
POD payment guarantee – Payments are held by YOVOY and only released to drivers once a valid Proof of Delivery is received, ensuring secure transactions.
