How it works
YOVOY is a different way to do deliveries. Save time and get greater control with direct access to insured, verified drivers by posting jobs with a fixed price or bid pricing to test the market.
After setting up your login details, fill in your business details in the sender registration form. Set up your company profile with business type, addresses, payment methods, billing contacts and expected delivery volumes. Signing up and posting jobs on YOVOY is free.
To complete the application you’ll need your business details including registration number, VAT number, insurance information, industry, type of goods, expected volumes and payment methods.
After completing the registration form you can check your application status in the YOVOY portal. Here you will see notes on whether your application is missing details or documents or if it has been successful.
Input some basic information about your packages including value, dimensions and a short description. Add different parcel types all into one job posting. You can choose full day slots, half day slots or specific times when creating a job post. Select which vehicles are suitable for your delivery job from a wide range of vehicle sizes and your loading preferences.
Whether you’re new to pricing up a delivery job or a seasoned pro we’ve got you covered. The smart pricing tool gives a suggested delivery price based off on size, weight, fuel costs and vehicle type. You can accept or adjust the recommendation. Set the price as fixed or bid and set a deadline for driver applications.
You can see driver bids or applications in the Delivery Jobs section. Here you can view the driver’s experience, ratings and their bid, if bidding was selected as a price type. elect your preferred driver from the list. If you have any further questions for drivers who have applied you can message them securely in the portal.
Your proof of delivery (POD) are location and time stamped images taken by your driver. Your PODs are sent via email and are viewable in the sender portal. Driver payments are held and only released once a valid POD is received. After a completed job you can rate your driver.
In the payments section you can review your spending, average job cost and a list of completed and pending jobs with pricing details.
